Any way to retrieve a hidden/deleted mod from nexusmods?

I had re-installed Windows. So I had started a fresh start, turns out a lot of mods I had used are now hidden/deleted... What a bummer. Here's one for example https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/59580 any way to download it?

You can mostly find deleted mods via google on a chinese site or something.

 

If you don't tell the name of the mod nobody can help you btw.

Yeah that's the first thing I did was to google it but I had no luck but after scrolling through results and going on asian websites for almost a full day I finally some how got the file over here http://www.9damaogame.net/thread-242624-1-1.html
