Game crash just before sex

I finally got my sex lab running. Basically deleted my entire data file and started from scratch. But now I have the problem of my game crashing before the action starts. Just as the characters move to undress, Bang! crash back to desktop. I'm pretty sure I didn't do anything wrong, and with my current list of mods very short I don't think there should be any conflicts.

Does the game crashes when a male character takes off his chest piece? Then you most likely haven't installed this: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/36923//?

Does the game still crashes? Could it be you're using a custom race?

Don't think I have that. Thanks I'll try it out, yeah I was playing a female character and she's from the succubus race mod. So if the first doesn't work it might be just that.
