Newest version of Joburg (Semi Realistic)?

I'm using the Semi Realistic Version of Joburg but it says that it's outdated in the title but I can't seem to locate the newer version. Can anyone help me? I can't be the only one confused about this.

That's not the semi-realistic version. Does that mean that there is no up to date semi-realistic version than?

Correct.  The semi-realistic version is abandonware.  The latest version (and only supported one) of Joburg is at the link I gave you.

Oh. That's a shame. I think I'll just keep using the semi-realistic version then, since as I understand it the only changes in the newer Joburg are UI changes and such that don't actually affect the game.

For the most part that is correct.  I did do some dialogue clean up for same gender sex, as well as normal sex and other house cleaning items.  I don't know whether any of that was done with the semi-realistic version or not.  Honestly I never used that version so I am not exactly sure what all tweaks it has.  It may be that the latest rendition of Joburg may cover it.
