SCR/Spectrum Gags WAI?

Okay, here's a quick question... Are the Spectrum pack gags supposed to have facial animations? That is to say, is the mouth supposed to be open? If so, I'm not sure what's up, but it's not working. If not, then feel free to disregard this post.

Facial animations are usually called in pose mods. Spectrum's pack has only models and no animations, IIRC.
