about the Wickedwhims' traits and moods

I have a problem with the traits and the sims' moods.

After I give the sims' trait from the rewards store (I gave her a masochist trait),

then she got the Deviant +3 all the time, and that made me have some problems with the moods of sims.

It made sims hardly get another mood, such as confidence, inspired, or else.

can I decrease it or how to make the sims back to normal?
