Window minimizing by itself both on save load and on enb use.

I had to make a fresh reinstall of my game two days ago due to unplayable lag. Now when I try playing, the window minimizes by itself, and crashes. The problem with the windows also happens when I use my enb (I have used this same enb for 7+ years and never had anything go wrong, it's making me insane.) And in some other crashes it says i have issues with ik foot. I have always used the same poser mods without previous issues. Is there something I might have forgotten to reinstall and it's causing those problems?

This may be unrelated but I thought I'd throw it in to maybe help narrow the problem down. I had a similar problem where after a random interval it would crash minimize to desktop, I couldn't access task manager to kill the process until I ticked "Always on top" in task manager options. I vaguely remember a double pointer issue, anyway to cut a long story short I replaced my mouse and the problem vanished. good luck!
