No Try for Baby Option

So I was playing and realized I no longer had the try for a baby option. A lot of people said it could either be because your sim is pregnant, mods, or another reason I can't remember right now. My sim isn't pregnant and whatever the other reason was that I can't remember that wasn't the case either, so I took my mods out and placed them back in one by one, starting with WickedWhims. That's when I realized that was why because when I took it out it came back and as soon as I put it back in the folder it went away. I don't know if anyone else is having this issue or knows a way to possibly solve it?

There is a setting that will remove vanilla Woohoo and Try for Baby in WW settings, you most likely have that set to On.
