Nevermid, just instal the mod SE. it took a bit of time loading for the first time, but works fun.

Could you make a alchemy / enchanting table. Maybe some sort of anvil / forge. A bed.

Some other guy mentioned it, but having furniture that could be placed around skyrim and not feel as out of place like alchemy station, stables, etc. could be cool. Love the other stuff too, looks great.

A thing I always loved was decoration on the wall or things such as shop signs.

I had the same problem but apparently when I installed this mod, it included Jaxonz Furnishings and seems to be running fine. I added all sorts of normal Skyrim furniture to my home as well as the latex pieces.

this may sound stupid bit i was a bit confused. does all the furnitures only have girls in latex or is it optional?

just throwing an idea for a semi separate mod   sorry if its a stupid idea  but  i think you should have a hall maybe accessible from a hatch so you don't need to do a exterior model  and have a bunch of interactable devices for the player to be put in
