Mods that add face paint that makes it look like eye shadow? for both

Anybody know if there is such a face paint? Or something like that which makes it more defined. Kind of want to go for the goth look for my mage and I'm not decided on whether to go M or F so that's why I ask if it is available for both or if it even exists in the first place.
