Lots/Venues for Homeless Sims

Shady Alleys, abandoned parking lots, etc.  I need a sort of "home base" for my transient Sim to start. The shadier/more run down, the better. I'm thinking of somewhere a homeless Sim would take refuge when it rains, or when it gets too late to wander the streets and beg for money. Potentially somewhere to turn tricks too.

The first step to that kind of thing is having the Eco Lifestyle expansion as it gives the ability to rummage for food or sleep in waste disposal units. It is all part of the social degradation conditions introduced by that expansion.
