Which pregnancy mod is the best for AE with the most support and features?

I'd go with Beeing female, but it hasn't been updated for ages and the creatures plugin is only for Oldrim. Fertility mode is great, but lacks features for Sexlab, has worse animations and idk if it supports AE as well. Also no creature functionality.

 

Is there a newer mod for this function in here somewhere, that I don't know the name of yet, or should I just use soulgem oven?

Fertility Mode+ is the only pregnancy mod working and available for AE, on Nexus
It does support Sexlab and creature pregnancy, idk what you're specifically seeking however and I've yet to see the animations personally
