Sims are being consantly mean

Hello everyone, i have a problem that makes me furious. First of all, sorry for my english.

I HAVE ONLY BASE GAME, NO EXPANTIONS, NO ADD ONS

Since the last update on The Sims 4 (11.10.2022) all of sims (including the one i am playing) are insulting/being very mean to each other. In a friendly/romatic conversation between my actions just pops up a mean one. If i dont cancel that quick enough, it ruins the relationship so hard, that i cant even fix it. I noticed the "liking" process is veeeery slow, while "hating" each other is very fast. So i can try to do good actions all day and have close to 0 effect, but when they insult each other for 3 times, they become enemies.

First i just desactivated all mods/cc from game and it looked like the problem was solved.

So i deleted all my recent dowloads (some cc outfits, Big Dick problems 3.5, Simdulgence RealGens Penis and EVEv8.3.0) and restarted the game. I thought this will help, because i had no problem with WW, Wickedperversions, Noir penises and previously downloaded CC in my game.  Well it DIDNT HELP.
So i started digging and i also noticed that all of the sims was starting to get "sinister trait". I manually deleted them from my sims. But the problem is still there.

I don't know what to do more, my game is ruined. Is there a possibility, that in that new official uptade, EA somehow is trying to make us stop using WW mod?

Please help

Kind regards

Sura

I've notice this too since the update. I find that if sims are having a conversation and the queue runs dry, then they seem to default to insult each other and it seems to happen no matter who the sim is.

Exactly!

I managed to fix this with MCCC but it doesnt explain why it happens.. and all the "mean talk" from mean npc also stopped, so thats just a partial fix

Looks like this issue was introduced inadvertently by EA during their latest patch from about the 2nd week of October. (As far as I could tell, the only change should have been the addition of the tutorial helper avatar, who is completely unnecessary for an experienced player.)

The problem did not show up immediately on my current game, but after I moved my sims to a new house I started noticing red-colored "relationship hit" icons floating above their heads after interactions, including with guests and within the house.  Then I started noticing hurt feelings, resentment, sadness and degraded friendship and romance levels.  I stopped playing when I realized it was out of control, before the damage was irrepairable.

So yep, it's a real thing, and as ptmc2112 has posted, it's reported on EA web pages.  For me, it's game breaking, so I'm going to sit out until they fix it.

If anyone can report this issue has been solved, please post here if/when it is.

Thanks!

For those wishing to nullify this issue through MCCC, you need to go to the MCCC menu through a PC.  You can't turn off autonomous mean interations by just clicking a sim and using that menu.  So go to a PC, bring up MCCC, then click on mccc tuner, then relationship autonomy, then disable mean autonomous interactions.

It's very interesting that EA doesnt mention the bug at all. Like it's not happening. Its been 2w+ and i still see people complaining on official ea forum. Happily mccc works, and i can play my game just fine, but the mean sims/npc should be able to do their mean things. I mean, thats why they have evil/mean traits right?

Anyway, if somebody spots the bug fix, let us know - i will be happy to disable the mccc

cheers :)
