How to view the default female body top in CAS?

In the Female Body selector I have two options. Default and Maxis/Override. I have been using default as I think it works better yet ive no way ive viewing this nude in CAS. Theres only one nude top and its the Maxis/Override shape.

WW contains both default and non-default versions of its body, so if you don't have any additional default body installed, you will see the same WW body no matter which one of 2 standard body selector options you pick. Default version is shown in CAS without the necessity to select it.

And if you install any other default override, you will see it in CAS and after picking Maxis/Override instead of the WW body.
