Installing premade modlists?

I'm more or less wondering if it's at all possible to have someone put together a fully modded game of skyrim, then put it online for other people to download and use.

I know I'm pretty shit at this, and if it's possible, could save some people some time and effort.

Yes, possible. There is Wabbajack, there are mod collections or some such on nexus.

They can save you a ton of time. However, there is no support for them. If you want to change something in such a list or add to it - you're on your own. Same for any problems, bugs, quirks or, well, anything else. Treat those not as a mods but as a finished end product with discontinued support.

Those are provided as is, and asking local population anything about them will end up with you being told that your mother was a hamster and your father smells of elderberries.

Some mods that work together do actually still have ways of interfering with each other, but it would be shame to discard some amazing mods because of it, its just easier to account for stuff when you are making your own mod list. Save time at the start and if you wanna add or remove mods you might lose more time then, its better to go step by step with the guides, and slowly read every single mod's page you are installing to know what are incopatibilities and how to deal with them. There are guides here and on other sides to get you started, just expect this to be some time sink at the start, that being said guides are honestly pretty good, you could try to start with a step guide (if you google skyrim mods step guide you gonna get it) and then follow this, this is for LE though so some things might be different if you wanna do SE modding, maybe there is a guide for that too ?‍♂️try looking for it on this site. If you wanna do AE modding I'm gonna ask you to rethink your life and if its worth the nerves, modding still updating game is pain.

People on this site are pretty helpful and nice, just use the search option first, or search on this site using google... sometimes that yields better results. Oh and if you do end up modding LE don't skip the ENBoost part of the guides, it might sound scary but its super simple and improves the stability of the game massively, even without taking mods into account.
