Reinstalling all the good stuff, what's different between XEOSP and XEORC?

Excuse me if I seem lazy but I can't find anywhere with a definitive answer of what each does and their differences, also I did have one more question, Are these two different from the numbered XEOs such as XEO4/5 and what are their differences?

I don't recommend RC, as it is an older line of Xeo that has since been abandoned.

SP++ is the latest and greatest version and it works very well with other race modification plugins (like MBP).  This is mainly due to them packing the meshes\textures into a bsa but includes other tweaks as well.

kickthecommie is mostly correct.

XEOSP contains races and NPC modifications using these races.

XEORC contains only races.

Each mod contains races that are common to both but they also have exclusives.

You can see some of the races exclusive to XEORC4 at this link and see if they interest you: http://blog.livedoor.jp/oblivion_susume/archives/51689509.html.
XEORC4 can be installed alongside XEOSP and MBP without any noticeable conflicts.

Not at all correct.  Sorry.

XeoRC4 being loose files will take priority over XeoSP and\or XeoSP++ (since they are in bsa files) so you loose all reason to even have them installed (unless of course you actually "want" the RC4 version changes).

There are differences in the SP versions and the RC4 version for some of the races.  The argonians are one instance I can remember off hand.  There are other differences as well, but most more subtle than the argonian one.

XeoRC4 also won't play as nice with MBP, again due to both of them being loose files.  The entire reason SP was developed was to be compatible with other race modification\addition plugins.

Having XeoRC4 installed alongside XeoSP or XeoSP++ (this is the recommended Xeo to use as it is the most compatible version) is flat out silly.  Sorry to be blunt, but that is the way it is.
