Does anyone know anything about Skyrim facial morphs?

I know it's possible for you to transplant faces from other games to FONV. For example Sheperd's from ME3 can be used as a face in FONV, not wearable head mesh but an actual head with facial animations. I also heard it's possible for Skyrim but I could not find anything on it. Maybe I am searching in the wrong area of youtube and google.

 

Does anyone know what I am talking about or know how to do it or even has more information?
