Breasts for male frames as a top (and body selector option) for transmasc sims?

i'm aware that using certain cheats, male frames can be given breast sliders and female frames can have them taken off, but i don't want that. it'd be amazing to have at least one set of breasts as a male clothing top with body selector availability that could be added on male frames. i'd like it as an option for transmasculine sims who use binders, so it would make sense for them to have male chests while wearing clothing but they'd have breasts when topless. anyone know if this is a thing that already exists? if not, i BEG of anyone who'd be willing to take on this!!
