Need help figuring out what is crashing me

So after installing a bunch of mods (from yesterday) they were all in working order. But now for some reason something is causing the game to CTD and to me, the whole crash report looks like alphabet soup. I can't make heads or tales about, could someone more experienced help me solve this? I also use MO2.

At the time of posting I do know that (papyrusutil, papyrusextender and his spellperkitemdistributor) aren't updated to 1.6.629 but I've searched for ways to work around it and can't figure out anything either. My game generates crash logs based on a mod called Crashlogviewer in MO2.

It's an overlay, most likely applied by slavetats:

textures\Actors\Character\slavetats\nordictats\Norse-Full-VariantA.dds

So I went to the slavetats data directory and found out, the nordictats doesn't actually exist in the files somehow. So it's trying to draw on the texture I assume that just doesn't exist. If I reinstall nordictats do you think it would fix it?

EDIT: I just tried and it still crashes with the exact same error log. I'm stumped until Papyrus updates I suppose.

EDIT 2: So I completely removed slavetats and all of its files, it still crashes. It seems like it happens when a NPC mounted horse gets nearby, and specifically  nearby these 2 locations so far. I can warp to almost anywhere else and the game doesn't crash. The error log hasn't updated with any new info either, so I'm almost certain it's because po3's stuff hasn't been updated as of yet.

Slavetats specifically probably has nothing to do with it, considering skee64.dll was was in the call stack. Slavetats uses RaceMenu (skee64.dll) to display its overlays. I would have assumed replacing the file should have fixed it.

I do know that racemenu had a true update for 1.6.629 and I updated to that, it still didn't fix it. I do now however, crash any time entering the overworld lol

EDIT: Here is my updated crash log too.
