Vortex when moving to another computer

Hey guys,
In a few days I'll start moving my games to a slightly more powerful computer. The 8k graphics did it to me, I can't get far with my ASUS GeForce 1060, just a slide show.. The then available 16GB ASUS RX 6800XT should be able to do the 8k.
When I install mods into Vortex, Vortex stores all downloads in Vortex\Downloads\fallout4, right? So do I back up the folder and then copy the contents to the Vortex Downloads folder on the new machine? And install the mods afterwards.
Or is there something else to consider?

This would be a great opportunity to move into MO2 instead of using Vortex.  After a rather short adjustment period, you'll find MO2 is much easier to manage.  In particular, load orders and conflict resolutions are quite a bit easier in MO2, and as a bonus, you're not sending usage data back to Nexus for them to sell.

It's not the answer I was hoping for, but thanks anyway. Unfortunately, I'm too comfortable there and overall satisfied with Vortex. With the data it is always the case with free commercial stuff, the commodity is the user. I try to disguise who I am and where my location is by other means. And I think I manage that more or less quite well :)

PS: Let's see if I can find the MCM settings somewhere, that would help.
