Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Hello, I have a problem, I can not install neither BHUNP nor CBBE, I have installed it as usual but it does not work, I have tried to reinstall both Skyrim and MO2, my installation is a clean reboot since that rules out any conflict with other mods, not anymore I know what to do, I have recorded a video so you can see my problem. Greetings in advance.

I forgot to mention that I also tried to install an older version of BHUNP and it didn't work either.

Do you have body slides enabled, better to use Vortex for installing and managing tools. Use Nexus Mods most of the mods you download from here do not work. Download vortex, download bodyslides and enable it to manage mods for you. If you can run the vanilla game adding the body morphs is not a issue so the files you have maybe corrupted or blocked by your windows security settings.

missing texture

you must take a package of textures (Demonica, Diamond Skin, etc.), and paste them into the path data\textures\actor\character\female
if the female folder is not present, it must be created. The screen shows Skyrim LE but the path remains unchanged

Sorry but I don't know how the slides are enabled to know if they are or not. ?

I also use bhunp but I didn't install anything, I just took the shapes I was interested in and added the textures. From what I saw in your video, those are the missing textures. Try this, uninstall BHUNP, insert just the shapes for calient tool, copy and paste them, then do the same with the textures. Inside the file you will find the folders, copy them to the path I told you before. You will probably need to find the right ones, but they should be the pure skin

There's 2 options:

  1. The texture for BHUNP for some reason comes in a BSA/BA2 archive, which I doubt.
  2. The texture file is missing.

So, the obvious next step then is to find out which texture is missing.

  1. Browse to CalienteTools\BodySlide\ShapeData\BHUNP 3BBB Advanced Ver 3 (or similar)
  2. Open the body nif file in NifSkope.
  3. Find all BSTriShape nodes. (may only be one)
  4. Browse to BSLightingShaderProperty -> BSShaderTextureSet of each one and inspect the texture list.
  5. Note down all textures.  (*.dds files)
  6. Go through your data directory in the Data tab on the right side of MO2's main view.
  7. Note down the missing textures.
  8. Figure out where to obtain said missing textures, or ask here.
