Proper body setup and Concerning nude city guards

Just so I can be sure Im not missing a step. Is there a correct install order for CBBE with extended skeleton? asking because I've been having issues where when my character gets inflated or pregnant, she gets a stretched belly, sometimes slight, other times very obvious and immersion breaking for my playthrough.

And on another note, trying to figure out why Diamond city guards are spawning in naked. I think it has something to do with bodytalk but Im not 100% sure. I normally dont have an issue with it but I've been doing a semi-immersive playthrough and its just been frustrating

If you are trying to use the "knee fix" (Skeletal Adjustments) then you must first install "Discrete Female Skeleton" and then install Skeletal Adjustments (not the legs for days variant) and choose DFS in its installer.  If that isn't the issue, then please provide a screen shot.  Make sure if you are using OCBP/C that you have installed the "CBBE" version.  If you are using CBBE 3BBB and MTM, then you need MTM's 3B version.  If you are not using CBBE 3B then you need to have the other version of MTM that doesn't have 3B in the file name.

As for the DC guards, if you are using AWKCR this is a known issue.  This fixed it for me when I had that combination. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/54783
