Mod to make all captions and dialogue quest bordered with black?

It's a rule of text that no matter what the background is, you can always read the text if it's bordered in black. (Assuming background and text color aren't both black.) As you might have experienced, some of the dialogue text is invisible when the background is white. (And the text is always white.) Is there some mod that fixes that legibility problem by making the text bordered with black? Or is that something that's simply impossible?

Maybe try this mod. You can configure as you wish, including choice of background/text colors. Link is to dark mode version. There is also a standard version.
