How does the character get involuntary tatoos?

Never got one on my person or in the game

So I am not into tatoos but I am curious about how/where in the game (females character of coruse)

You'll need to use a mod like this to apply them and a mod like AAF Violate to trigger the process

Sorry I thought there was a toggle in AAF in there somewhere.

I am not into tatoos and I looked at that tatoo list ( i have it downloaded but most of those tatoos are over the top and too large for me ) but maybe I will try it just once before i untoggle it.
