From what I am aware there currently is none, it used to be hosted here till she moved off the site for various reasons, her current website no longer has it listed either, or did not the last time I visited it, you might be able to use her home sites contact form to ask if she plans to upload it to her current site though.  This is her current home page https://www.sunkeumjeong.com/

 

The only sun file I have for fallout 4 is titled ffo, and is about 1gb or so in size, not sure what it actually is though as I currently do not have fallout 4 installed, and opening the zip just shows a esp called ffo.esp plus various textures and meshes directories and such.
