Help my clean reinstall is broken

Title, my game crashes whenever i cast bound spine. this didnt happen before as i used the stone north bruma to cast bound spine and bound carapace on miself but many mods later it just crashes my game, i tried searching the culprit but no luck so i did a clean reinstall (deleted bethseda folder on program files and oblivion folder on My Games folder) but the problem still there. Please help I need to know how to do a true clean reinstall.

Edit- Sorry, it became bound spine after some mod(i dont remeber wich one) its actually bound dagger but the problem is the same the game crashes when i cast it.

Step 1 :You should show a list of your installed mods, maybe it's somethin to do wth Loa ORder or a bad mode.

 

To do a full uninstall:

 

Uninstall : CS->Wrye Bash->OBMM->Oblivion->delete stuff left in OBL folders->delete stuff in Wrye bash & other OBL related folders->delete OBL folder in MY Documents games ->restart PC -> use CC Cleaner : Clean stuff & Registry -> restart ->Done

 

After that Install : OBL + SL + other Official DLCS that u use -> Make a Backup -> Install OBMM -> Wrye ->Install/copy Rest stuff

 

But.. if it's a bad mod, and u reinstall/copy it ,u might have the same problem. So do the step 1 first.

There is no mods in the clean reinstall, I only got the SI and dlc installed thats why is clean. i will try ccleaner tough.

Install the game outside of the program files directory.  Like C:\Games\Oblivion

Tried ccleaner but no still the same also tried another directory (F:\) without results.

their might be a script attached to those bounds that stayed in the saved game    i think their is a software to clean the saved game from remaining scripts but i do not recall (or may be not !).

 

try reloading few saves before or more the one you want (if it is possible) and normaly you did a clean save game before erasing everything.

... seriously i have no idea of whats appening.I tried starting a new game and using the console to add and try the spell and the crash was still there but after triying the same in another save file the problem is fixed. well I´ll have to use that one and pray that dont happen again. Thanx aniway.
