0modskilzs Posted September 4, 2022 Posted September 4, 2022 I have been at this for a while and yet to have figured out why OCBPC/OCBP wont work. Before I switched from MO2 I used Vortex, CBP/OCBP/OCBPC worked just fine in Vortex but I opted to use CBP because I did not understand how OCBPC/OCBP worked. Now that I moved to MO2 I am having major difficulties with OCBPC/OCBP, meanwhile CBP works just fine but I wanna use OCBPC/OCBP since now I know how to edit ini files. But no matter what I do there is 0 movement to my bodies/outfits, everything is still. Just a small note I don't use both OCBPC/OCBP just one switching to see if one will work, neither did, I also have reset my save by saving, quitting, and loading back into the exit save, and yet nothing. I use different nude bodies like lazman not just CBBE, but even if I use CBBE Nude, CBBE Nude Physics, and Lazman nude, there is no jiggle whatsoever. I use MTM 3B OCBP with OCBPC/OCBP but even with that on or off nothing moves. I got 3BBB Physics and still nothing, I use MTM with the 3BBB Beta, nothing. NO matter what I do nothing will work with OCBPC/OCBP, I even disabled all the mods I have, only enabled OCBPC/OCBP, cbbe, bodyslide, and outfits. The body did have jiggle? But it was in a weird disconnected way, the body would move and then the tits would move with the body, if I run the tits would sink deeper into the body beyond the rib cage. I am slightly new to MO2 but after lots of messing with Skyrim SE on MO2 I understand how it works now, but what I don't understand is how OCBPC/OCBP is just fighting me, CBP works, all 3 worked on Vortex, but now on MO2 it wont work at all. What am I missing? There has to be something I am missing, is it mod order? I don't know anymore and need any help I can get.
Sgt. Marge Posted September 5, 2022 Posted September 5, 2022 (edited) When you were using Vortex, were you also trying to use 3bbb there as well? Getting 3b working with physics is trickier than just straight CBBE and I don't know the secret but they have a discord apparently. Here are some tips I can give for basics though: Don't build body with CBBE Physics, this is Fallout 4's old method and is not needed currently. Just regular CBBE body is fine if building straight up CBBE. Steer away from Collisions, I have yet to see any appreciable benefit of collisions in Fallout 4 esp. with adult modding and the performance hit is a little pricey. Straight up CBBE build with Physics should look something like this: 1. Build CBBE Body with morphs 2. install OCBP-2.2.5-CBBE.zip from this link 3. Install MTM OCBP - OCBPC Physics and Collision Preset.7z from this link (Choose CBBE and don't choose collision spheres) 4. Install Discrete Female Skeleton 5. Install Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE and choose DFS in the installer (But don't use the legs for days variant of the main file as that will mess with alignment during animations) But now you throw 3BBB into the mix. So I assume OCBP is the same, as it's still CBBE. With MTM according to the description we should choose MTM 3B OCBP - OCBPC Physics and Collision Preset - Beta.7z Steps 4 and 5 are the same. I don't think I've ever witnessed anyone getting it to work properly. There's a 3bbb guide on the Nexus, but it wants you to install shit directly to the data folder which is a nightmare for people supporting you and not advised so I wouldn't follow those directions either. If you do figure it out, maybe you can write a better guide and post it to LL Hopefully someone with superior 3B knowledge visits this thread because I'd love to learn the secret as many people have tried running 3B with AAF and usually they end up using FusionGirl instead. Edit: I should add this important piece of information as well. If you plan to use 3BBB CBBE with AAF animations, my understanding is that if you do not have your outfits converted and are wearing something during a scene that is not converted to 3BBB that your character's body will become invisible. Edit2: Part of solution may be that OCBP needs to be loaded before 3bbb, I assume MTM should load after 3bbb in that case. Edited September 6, 2022 by Sgt. Marge 3
1TWITCHNAREAL Posted June 21, 2024 Posted June 21, 2024 I've got CBBE, 3BBB, OCBP, and OCBPC working all together on Vortex. Obvious pre-requisite is getting 3BBB operational on its own, make sure you have all the requirements installed and that 3BBB is winning the conflict with CBBE. In regards to installing the mods, if you are put off by using LoversLab because it doesn't have a "Vortex Install" button, no problem. At the top of the "Mods" section in Vortex, on the very left, you can select "Install from file." Simply choose the file you just downloaded and Vortex will install it just the same. MO2 works in a similar way. Following the post above, you need to grab OCBP here, specifically 2.2.5. I tried using the 3.1 update but it didn't work, don't ask me why, I haven't the faintest. Make sure you grab the CBBE file, not ZeX4. Install to your MO of choice. Grab MTM here, you'll want the file called MTM 3B OCBP - OCBPC Physics and Collision Preset - Beta.7z, this is the version for 3BBB. Install to your MO of choice. Discrete Female Skeleton and Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE didn't cause me any issues on install, if you have troubles with those two, you'll have better luck looking in the forum posts or online elsewhere. Now, it's time to sort out conflicts. I'll talk about Vortex here because that's my MO of choice right now, but MO2 users can reply if you have any difficulty, I have MO2 experience as well. The structure of the conflict should be as follows: CBBE, OCBP, 3BBB, MTM OCBPC. CBBE needs to lose everything because it's the base of the body. OCBP needs to lose to 3BBB as it's a pre-requisite to use 3BBB. MTM OCBPC needs to win over 3BBB because it's a preset file. Time to get in-game! If you're on Vortex, you should re-deploy your mods again, even if it doesn't suggest that you should. If the MTM OCBPC FOMOD presets look good to you, but something still feels off, you can edit the OCBP file. The file path should look like Fallout 4>Data>F4SE>Plugins. If you installed OCBP with Vortex, you can look in the path that Vortex uses to launch mods, typically Owner>AppData>Roaming>Vortex>fallout4>mods>MTM 3B OCBP - OCBPC Physics and Collisions Preset - Beta>F4SE>Plugins. You can go here to learn how to edit OCBP.ini to your liking. Note that editing the OCBP.ini file present in the OCBP 2.2.5 folder won't affect your game because MTM 3B OCBPC is winning the conflict, which means it will use that OCBP.ini file instead of OCBP 2.2.5's version of the file. Keep in mind that the setting don't update live unless you turn on the Tuning setting, otherwise they will apply when you close FO4 and then reload. Also, keep in mind that some the setting are very sensitive, especially those that pertain to the limits of the physics effects. I've had issues where the params are set too high, and the slightest movement will cause your breasts and bottom to explode out. Not fun to resolve. If you can't fix your OCBP.ini file, you can reopen the zip that you installed OCBP from and take a new file from there, and replace your existing OCBP.ini file. You can also modify the OCBPC collision spheres to your liking, a guide is found here. I haven't played with those yet, but you can look to Nexus for some preset mods or make your own version. That concludes my more comprehensive guide to making all these mods work together. Took a few hours to get it all sorted, hopefully less for you guys reading this. Thanks for reading and happy modding. 2
