Any mods that removes accidental pregnancy?

I'm tired of having so many children... My wives get pregnant without even having sex with them, time after time. Is there a mod that adds the "have sex" desicion and removes accidental pregnancies (so you can only get them after sex) or a mod that allows abortion?

There is a mod on steam called "Abort", I use that when I encounter that. There is also a chance of character death so be careful.
