stupid crashing - is there a way to kind of purge the system without rebooting

quite a lot of the time I get ctd when loading a game save. But the same save will load with no problem after a reboot. So idk if this is a problem with skyrim or skse keeping something alive and active, or MO2 doing it, or windows doing it. The crash logs are usually just saying its different things causing crash for same save if I try it multiple times.

is this a Known problem with some kind of solution or is it just me? Is there a way to make sure everything is clean and ready to load?

Computers are way too complicated for anyone to say "this is definitely how it works", especially based on the info provided here.

Generally however, there is no concept like if you start a process you get 10% of the old process and 90% of the new process, causing some corruption like the saves not loading properly. When a process terminates it either cleans up its own memory, or windows does it for it. Only persistance you have is the HDD, and I doubt you have anything set up to change the data related to skyrim on boot.

If it truly is a random fault every time you try to load a game, it could be a ram memory issue. I also doubt this however, since most people read crash logs wrong. Not everything in your log's stack or registry dump is relevant and can be different without it actually meaning anything; it might still be the same issue. If you're refering to the faulting memory address being different (or just addresses in general) that may very well be normal as well since skyrim contains DRM that as far as I can tell "unpacks" itself upon execution. What you see in the PE (exe) viewed through a hex editor is not what you see in a debugger when its running; ie. the result of encoding and/or encryption.

TL;DR: Post those crash logs.

Edit: Sanitize them before posting if you're sensitive about personal information.

Edit2: Maybe worth mentioning here though I do not really see why it would be related. You have tried the obvious first thing everyone does when a save doesn't load, right? From the main menu -> console -> coc qasmoke -> load game
