Is there an option to stop Sexlab from auto-installing on a new save?

I need Sexlab to be loaded in the game for a different mod but I don't want/need any of its functionality.

 

I managed to get the result I wanted by deleting SexlabUtil.dll but there's an annoying warning window that pops up every time I load.

I don't think I have heard of a mod that requires sexlab to be in your load order but does not need it to be installed.... What would need that exactly?
