I'm so confused

My wicked whims are saying that I do not have the TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning.package But I have uninstalled the mod and reinstalled the mod 4 times and it keeps showing that message anyone having this problem or know what it is doing this ?

Well, are both the files there in your Mods folder?

Did you reinstall because of the error or an update? If the latter simply reactivate mods in the game menu. Check it anyways to be sure. Script mods and cc have separate check boxes so its possible the one for cc is simply turned off for whatever reason.
