guards wont arrest

i have a problem when i get a bounty i talk to the gaurds i pick the  take me to jail option they say there line like your going to rot in the dragons reach dungeon then there chat goes to ... and it loops again does any one know how to fix it ?

I would guess that, since you're on a modding site, you have a mod installed that is interferring with it.

However guessing which mods you have installed is beyond my meagre abilities.

Prison Overhaul or Devious Cursed Loot and probably half dozen others that I don't know about...
