Icedream's Crystal Bow mod

Does anyone recognize this mod? 

 

I found it mentioned in the comments of the ALGOHOL_v011 mod  https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/13337?tab=posts

 

The mod page http://mods.tesfans.org/files/file-356/ is dead and nothing can be found in the Wayback Machine.

I don't know about Icedream's Crystal Bow ( OR maybe I have it in my archive under a different name Really Don't know ) BUT I have the Bows mod  with magic effects made by ALGOHOL which not available in nexus anymore.
