Holiday decorations

Not sure if this counts as Technical issue, but does anyone know if there is a way to remove Holiday decorations from non-player owned lots? Specifically the Magic Realm's main building. I have Halloween decorations up and they won't go away no matter what time of year it is. They.. mostly fit the theme so not super concerned but would be nice to remove them. Tried enabling build/buy mode and plopped a decorations box but the options are greyed out as I don't own the lot.
