Invisible Dead Bodies bug question

hello, Everyone

 

so someone stole my Invisible Dead Bodies Fix and posted it without credit. and more importantly with a really bad backstory (and that I cannot forgive) *I was fine with the edits but not the backstory.

so I decided to fix the problem forever for every dead NPC (in every mod).

and I was really close but failed in my current attempts.

 

so two questions

1. how often do you interact with already dead NPCs? (do you go back to them)

because my current deadbody fix uses my overlay mod to 'thump' the dead body making them visible (but if you save and load, they will be invisible with overlays)

 

2. does anyone know how to cast(equip) a spell onto dead bodies? (or use a magic effect on them)

because if anyone knows this, then I already have a solution in Random Overlay Framework.
