DD. Problem of movement in restrains

I got a motion error. When I put on an arm or leg limiter, the character refuses to walk, the only thing that helps is to turn on the combat mode, but if it stops, everything does not work again.
Maybe this is a bug of some add-on to the mod or I did something wrong? (I have mods for the same theme: DD equip, Unforgiving Devices, DD lore, Cursed Loot, DD training, DD helpers).
I apologize if I have not read something somewhere or it has long been known. 

Can someone help me solve this?

DD Lore is incompatible with Unforgiving Devices AFAIK. Also, Helpers have the same function as Unforgiving Devices. I'd remove those 2 for start.

 

Btw, what does it mean, "refuses to walk"? You don't have walk anim? Or you can't move?

The character just can't move.

I was wrong. The error remains, but it does not always appear. The same error appears when overweight.

Perhaps the error is not in dd.
