SetObjectiveDisplayed is not a function or does not exist?

Good morning, I have a problem with the creation kit, I try to create a follower with a customizable voice but when I have to place the scripts in the Quest section I get "SetObjectiveDisplayed is not a function or does not exist", enter the Data folder of course and I extracted the Script.zip file before all this but it didn't work, I also opened the program as administrator of course. I even made 4 scripts folders with corresponding directories: data/Source/Scripts and data/Scripts/Source Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Your script is not extending quest. 

 

'ScriptName  xxxxxx  extends  quest'

 

Assuming the script is attached to quest
