help with replacing animations

I am hoping you extremely knowledgeable people can help me out with a minor issue.

 

I like the work Sexlab has done, however, I prefer to pose the characters myself.  Plus I have a version of Skyrim where I can still do facial anims, so these new mods don't work as well on them.  I don't have a problem taking those animations and putting them into a mod such as Pinup Poser, which is want I am going to do. 

 

There are 376 animations that I want to fit into other mods.  So that's 4 x 81 slot spells/rings + 52 more slots.

 

However, I like Pinup Poser and would not want to replace the main poses if possible.

 

In Pinup Poser, for the EX, SNSD and Dramatic categories the NPC's head will track the player after a couple seconds, as opposed to the standard Poses and Action Idles where the head is stationary.

 

Question 1: Is there a way of changing this head tracking? 'Cause I would not mind replacing the EX, SNSD, and Dramatic poses. This would solve my problem.

 

Question 2: Is there a better way? Or are there other mods I could download and replace?
