Pregnancy Normalmap Swapper

Big bellies with original normal maps are looking so bad without this mod that I'm kinda surprised there aren't more downloads. I had some troubles with the 1.0 version with the "shiny body" texture (which means there's no normalmap applied basically) but the latest version is working perfectly for me.

I can't uninstall this whenever I do LShift+LAlt+Enter noting happen I'm following every step. And when I disable the mod my game CTD after I open the game.
