Enemy camp sex slaves?

About ten days ago I was troubleshooting an issue with a mod and came across a video of a russian dude playing FO4. He was running around Medford Memorial Hospital with a couple of companions, but in the background of a few shots I saw a "Supermutant Sex Slave" NPC. All of the text in the video was in Russian (which I don't read), but that Supermutant Sex Slave was in engllish, making me think it's a mod.

 

Anybody know what mod this might be?

That specific slave is added by Wasteland Dairy, a side module of Family Planning Enhanced Redux and Wasteland Offspring if I remember correctly

I was really interested in Wasteland Dairy Framework a few weeks ago, until I saw the list of features. I get the impression that the mod author went a little crazy and couldn't stop adding more and more features. To be honest, I'm kind of intimidated by the amount of stuff that mod can do.

FYI, Jarnin, I find Wasteland Dairy Framework very convenient for Survival Mode. Instead of having to cook and carry tons of food and water, you can actually just drink milk for sustenance. Most of its features can be controlled in MCM as well.

 

Like you, I was daunted by it for a very long time, but I now consider it (and the matching mods which go with it) one of my favorite mod sets
