Help or Guide to Jump Start a Perverted Skyrim Experience?

Coming back after few years away from Skyrim.

I am not familiar with Nexus's Mod Collections or Wabbajack. But seems promising
I would like to try many Lovers Lab Mods here,  Specifically this mods. Firstly Babo Dialogue, Secondly  Alpha Chapter IV Mod in  Schaken Mods website and many other new mods that are available in this websites.

So I was wondering which modlists from Nexus or Wabbajack is ideal as base with good enough graphics and gameplay changes So that I can try The above mentioned mods.

Or is there a modlist guide that already includes them or any one.

I have also not tried O stim yet. It looks good but it seems O stim doesnot have many quests and scrip based mods or experience based mods.
I am downloading Skyrim AE from steam.
So I was looking for a guide beforehand because my last time with skyrim had me struggling with mods more than actual gameplay.

I consider myself relatively new, but there are some things I can point out. There is a lot out there for a lot of different tastes. I personally prefer to downgrade to Skyrim SE because of more mod support, but ultimately up to preference and mods. Mod Managers are a must, they unload a lot of the weight for modding( I use MO2, but there are others out there.) I recommend getting SKSE64 from their website as well as SkyUI from nexus. They can be very helpful and a lot of mods can require them. If your not too sure as to how a mod works or is installed always read the modders notes. Can be life savers. It can be tedious, but I always check that mods are working after done installing in batches to reduce issues. I actually got a lot of help from Youtube about these things myself. Picking a female body replacer is very popular. I usually find mine in Nexus. Classic CBBE or UUNP is a good start. For more complex and taxing bodies CBBE 3BA, BHUUNP, and countless more. Of course there's also male body replacers HIMBO is the most popular I've seen, but I'm not familiar with it. Others might know more about male replacers. Schlongs of Skyrim (SOS) is a very popular penis mod you can find here. If there are any questions I'll try to answer as best I can.

 Start with hardcore, dirty, sweaty stuff - get yourself a stable game you'd actually like to play. Then return here do add adult content for it.

Local mods arent exactly user friendly and starting you build from here is a bit like working as a commercial icebreaker by smashing icebergs with your face.

Its truly impressive, but one cant help but feel there has to be a an easier way.

I have tried MO2 and Vortex. I also recognize SOS and CBBE or UUNP others are new to me. 
There are so any new mods here and as well as in Nexus that I don't think I will have the patience that is required for stable moding. But I have never used the Creation kit or SEdit or Wyre bash and many more tools that I am seeing in many guides. 
It just seems that I to have learn lots of stuff to get things running and also give a lots of time too.
