Deathclaws not right size or only juvenile's

So as the title says the deathclaws arnt the right size all of a sudden, and if i try spawning them in, they'll just be the juvinile only, im not sure if this is a mod thing or not, but iv tried looking it up on google and there appears to be nothing, im going to check family planning and see if thats the problem or causing it but im making this just in case

If I remember correctly, Boston Breeder added 'Juvenile' versions of Deathclaws.  Been awhile since I used it, sorry I can't be of greater help than that.
