Bikini armor I can trade to a follower?

I'm a noob and don't really understand the many bikini armor mod descriptions. in the game, if I trade a good set of vanilla armor to a follower, she will wear it without me having to build anything in bodyslide or fiddle with anything outside of the game.  Is there a mod that lets me craft/buy a bikini armor set that I can trade with a follower?

Armor in slot 32 (body) replaces characters own body. Bodyslide allows multitude of armor mods to all fit the same shape, its build morph function allows it refit on the fly if you change your body shape in game, with racemenu or otherwise. Morphs work for NPC as well. Many mod authors outright dont package pre-build meshes anymore, so their mods require building in bodyslide before usage.

 By default NPCs equip highest armor rating, i believe. Dont use default equip system. For followers - get a framework to run them, vanilla skyrim system is rather useless.

Thanks for the in-depth reply, Nilead, and for the links.  I'm disappointed there's no quick-click solution for my desired outcome, but it appears I have reached the limit of easy Nexus mods that can be downloaded, installed and enabled via Vortex by noobs who want to spend time playing more than want to spend time researching, tweaking and deconflicting mods.
