She probably stinks so badly that you can easily smell it on the other side of the house. Leaking/being covered in corpse juices, most likely urinated or defecated herself right after death so that adds to the stench. Judging by slightly different skin color decomposition has already kicked in, walking around in the open for days or even hours doesn't help. If zombies don't somehow scare off insects then she's already covered in them. Insects and maggots.

 

I mean I'm not a necrophile but I imagine that this stage of decomposition and the fact that she was exposed to the elements would be very hard to ignore.
