Incest trait doesn't exist

On the newest update (30 July) I have noticed that the incest trait no longer exits. Is it a bug or is it intentional?

If the Sim in question is a teen Sim, then yes, intentional.

Due to the recontextualization of teen Sims in the game, making them prepubescent and physically immature, I'm no longer comfortable allowing them to retain sexual functionalities. This is a pretty major change, but it has to be done. You can bring back the old behavior with external mods, but WickedWhims will not officially support it.

• Added 'Post-Puberty' teen-specific Wicked Attribute (trait)

After installing the High School Years expansion pack, you might notice that all teen Sims are constantly dealing with puberty and acne. Besides it being annoying for the teen Sims, it can be pretty annoying for the player too, so you can now disable puberty and acne on individual teen Sims with the 'Post-Puberty' Wicked Attribute.

• Made High School and Auditorium venues excluded from sex and nudity autonomy
• Made shaving and applying cleanser clean off cum
• Made 'Crush' sentiment require at least Attractive level of Attractiveness
• Updated Impressions to support new traits and social interactions
• Added support for watching porn on dual monitor computers
• Added support for the Haunted House, Ferris Wheel, Tunnel Love, and Photo Booth WooHoo

I just checked my evil vampire household (they're all adults and young adults) and can confirm that the incest trait is missing from them, too. I didn't see any mention of it being removed in the changelog, so I'm hoping it's an error. I liked having the trait, as it allowed me to have that one specific diabolical family that's up to no good. The other mods I've seen for it are kind of all or nothing, and I definitely don't want the majority of my sims engaging in that act. 

I'm going to try this mod in the meantime and see if it gives me the trait back. 
Edit: If you're ok with downloading another mod, Wicked Whims Inappropriate Unlock does give you the incest trait back. Just be sure to follow the instructions and navigate the setting pathways to turn it back on.

Honestly,

imho its the Mod Authors good right to no longe support features of their Mod if they no longer want to.... its their mod, not ours after all.

 

BUT, as some sort of Programmer myself i can say, that just scratching features without naming it in the changelog would be kinda a dickmove.

 

so i hope the incest thing is only appyling to the teenagers ingame and with adults is just a bug thats gonna be fixed in the next version.

EDIT:
In the meantime, i tested this Mod and it reverted pretty much everything back to "normal".... so you can kinda opt-in now

Exactly, and I wanted to highlight this message for anyone coming across this issue again (as I did a few minutes ago), and wanted to encourage everyone to double-check your settings after following the instructions. Because it's very easy to overlook the one thing that can make it not work, including stuff related to the sims themselves.
