There's a post by turbo his notes that says he removed the feature because EA classified teens as prepubescent. Here's a link to the Changelog! Just scroll down a little bit and you'll see the full notice.

I saw this one  linked in a different thread. I'm not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for, but it might be as good as it gets right now. I think MC Command has an unlock for teen sex, too, but not sure if that works after this crazy game update. Game is kind of a mess right now. LOL 

Edit: Just saw ptmc beat me to it. That's the same mod that I included above.

You also have to check the box to allow teenage sims to have sex in the WW settings. You will find it under Wicked Settings -> Relationship Settings -> Relationship Utilities -> Adult-Teen Relationships Switch

 

It used to be like this about a year and a half ago. How WW ir organized relative to TS4 and EA changes every now and then, it's not really that dramatic.

I'm not being dramatic about it. I could care less, was just wondering if it was an error or whatever.

 

Anyways, I added the inappropriate file and the interaction is still greyed out, I followed your settings advice

Do you have the public or Patreon version? Where in the game world were your sims attempting sex?

Public version. And on his bed.

Oh, you just need to take away their pubescent status. Click on the sim, Wicked Whims > Personalization > Wicked Attributes > Give Sim Name Wicked Attributes > Post-Puberty

You need to give them the post-puberty trait or there will be no teen woohoo with wicked whims.

Hi, this is exactly the step where I get stuck.
I am not offered this attribute, I only have one without text with a figure in a suit, when I select this nothing happens.
With the text could have the reason that I use the German translation. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is? Thanks in advance.

CTRL+SHIFT+C 

 

type testing cheats on then type cas.fulleditmode

 

shift click on the sim you want to edit

 

Click “cheat sim info…”

 

click “add trait…”

 

scroll down to the P’s for post pubescent 

 

(idk if you still needed this but here also for others)
