Anyone smithing?

The crafting system is one of the new additions I really like in Skyrim. Smith is just fun and Enchanting has become a little more interesting.

 

labrat: Cooking doesn't seem to give very good returns. You don't need any skill but the best dishes either restore a pitiful amount of health or improve your regen rate. Those are somewhat worth it but otherwise, I found it lackluster.

You can do some creative jumping to get to the peak and there are 2 malachite veins and 1 ebony vein up there.

Started using the smithing perk only recently, never knew this part was so funny to do. And also nets you a fair bit of gold. The hard part is getting the right amount resources to created new things. I always seem to gather allot of different stuff, but usually get the wrong one, from what i really needed. Then i just stash it one of houses.

 

Becoming a gold digger seem very profitable too and selling jewlry.
