Are there any mods that makes your character randomly shit/piss their pants?

There may be something written in the original game, because one of my Sims was on a date in the park - but there was a wedding on at the same time. My Sim was flirting with another in the toilet block with the walls down, when a wedding guest came out of the toilet and just dropped dead for unknown reasons . 

 

All the wedding guests gathered around the body on the floor sobbing, but at the same time about 75% of them wet their pants as they stood there. 

 

I have tried to recreate this scenario, but have never had it happen again. Most people assume I am making it up, but it did happen (honest).

This is SKYRIM and not the sims.

Pee and Fart, aka PaF does that. The animations for 'pressure' will break your game if your on a horse when it happens.
