Couple of modding questions

So, I've been playing the game for a while now and would like to get into modding and had a few questions I was hoping someone could answer.

 

1. I recently switched over to the FemaleBB body and just noticed the pawn heads were more to the right. I thought it might have been a mod conflict on my end but after comparing the FemaleBB body to the vanilla or other modded bodies, the body is a little off center to the left for some reason.

Is there a practical industry secret way to offset the body/armor/clothes in like the race def via patch? Or would I need to go through every single texture and manually adjust them?

 

 

2. I'm playing with the Rimcraft (WoW) mods and was trying to make the factions natural enemies to each other like in the lore. I've seen examples of permanentEnemiesToAllExcept but is there some kind of naturalEnemiesToAllExcept? And how would I patch that in? I've never worked with xml's until Rimworld but just using other people's mods as cheat sheets I made:

Which "works" but only if I add the permanentEnemyToEveryoneExcept line into the factionDef manually. As I said I've never dealt with xml's before so how would I write this to do it all through a patch?

 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
