Invisible skintone, visible clothing

So I have the same idea as this old topic Here. However I'm curious if there is a skintone or accessory that can be worn that makes the body disappear but clothing remains, as well as remain invisible during sex. Would prefer if it wasn't based on clothing items to hide the body.

Unfortunately I don't think it's possible to do it this way.

When making top for example. The arms, and the cloth are one mesh, as if welded together. So you can't remove one without the other.
What can be done is to create custom clothing which doesn't include the body parts. So we're left with only the clothes. (But even in this case I don't know how to remove the head.)

Hmmm, well damn. The link I put in my original message has some custom made clothing that causes the parts of the body to disappear, dunno if you can look at that and see what they did and copy it for your end or not. Further down someone did create custom clothing for the OP, however I tried it and I think a past patch broke it. I was after the same idea, character from My Hero Academia is the basis for the idea. Female character whose only visibility is her clothing. However was hoping it would work with sex still, but if it removes that article of clothing, they'd become visible I'd assume.
