Request/Find: Dead Body Replacer...

OK, what I'm looking for is a replacer for those dead bodies on sticks you see outside various Bandit Lairs... Helgen becomes a bandit lair and all three entrances have this:

 

 

These are outside Lost Knife Hideout (or something) but they are examples of what I want to replace with fresh dead bodies.  I don't know if there is a mod out there that replaces these or not, Google just gives me a bunch of options to remove bandit bodies...
